  • Healthy Lifestyle Diet.  This is for patients who are on a detox or need to avoid inflammatory foods.
  • Acid/Alkaline Chart This document explains the importance of an Alkaline Diet.  The chart is not good food vs. bad food.    There are a lot of good foods on the acidic side, but they should be paired with something that is alkaline to help balance your meals.  For example, if you are going to have chicken (more acidic), pair it with broccoli or garlic (more alkaline).  A typical diet should be at least 60% alkaline & 40% acidic.
